how do you know kobe's guilty, do you have access to some evidence we don't?
it's sad that people can make judgements about a situation they don't have complete knowledge of. i'm not saying he's innocent or guilty, but i do know he's
innocent until proven guilty.
but...if you want to use the evidence that we've heard in the media to come to a conclusion, then that evidence doesn't support the police accusation that kobe raped this woman. the physical evidence is questionable, the witness testimony is questionable, the woman's state of mind and sexual history/conduct is questionable.
like i said it's all speculation so there's no way to come to a conclusion based on what we've heard, but it looks like some people have already made up their mind and convicted him of the crime.
