My TCS light is on constantly. And the TCS really does not work. Tried re-setting the EEC, hitting the service re-set switch, and taking the whole thing appart to see if something is wrong with it. This is what I found: nothing! When plugged to 12V the motor spins so it's not jammed shut. The cabels are free and the whole thing spins quite freely so nothing is jammed there. So I have a question, since the thing uses same sensors that ABS uses (or I think it does) how can one trace wheter the information is getting to the TCS from the sensors at all?! Can one "clean" the sensors to make them more "sensitive" and maybe "trigger" the TCS in operation? I dunno that's whay I'm asking.

If the ABS does not work (lock them up in some gravel):

Clean brake residue and rust off of the sensors and reluctor wheel teeth.

Unplug each sensor and spin the wheel hard in neutral, you should get about 2 vac with a true RMS meter.

Check power of course.

Check the TCS inhibit switch?

A diagnostic hookup can tell you what the problem is if you can swing that.

Well the ABS works, I know that much, and as I said the TCS motor works, so it leaves the sensor input to the TCS itself. I will try to see what can I do about that.
Thanks
