I found that these little hoses can only be replaced by Ford....they are custom made hoses... However, what is wrong with the EGR hose?
One of my vacuum hoses had a cut in it...so I cut it clean and made a ..shunt so to speak. I bought some of that clear hose tubing thats quite flexible...cut a little section about 1"...then I used this little piece to bridge the gap between the severed pieces... basically a vacuum tight sleeve for the two ends.
This should work for awhile as it is not too close to direct heat.
Do you understand what I did? Did I explain well enough? probably not....
