I'm thinking BOV, but I don't know exactly. Definitely not CAI...it was a joke right? What would do this? Why would nitrous spray out the front? Not doubting, just curious.

It would just be a sipmle purge valve. You can make it shoot out any way you want. If that's a BOV that guy has big problems with his car.
