I presume it was f37 30 amp you replaced on the interior fuse panel. This fuse also feeds the a/c control circuits, including the the a/c compressor clutch.
Pull the a/c clutch relay(r4, yellow) in the engine compartment fuse box as a quick & easy means of isolating part of the circuit, then see if blower works without fuse blowing.
