uh oh...sounds like i own both the king and queen
The "Ironman" (95 se ATX v6)has 255,638 MILES as of today. I no longer drive the beast but my father does. The only major repair would be a rebuilt tranny.

And the reason i no longer drive the ironman is because i now drive a 99 SVT with 144,472 miles on it. The svt runs beautifully.

1995 Contour SE ATX
277 000 km.
Major work done includes, UIM/LIM rebuild, waterpump, MAF replaced, AC condensor.

Has been a terrific car, lots of value and fun to drive.

i still have original water and fuel pump as well. muffler and cat too..

1) 1995 Ford Contour LX V6 automatic.

2)190,000 miles (purchased in 1997 at 40,000 miles, I put on the other 150,000 miles)

3) Major/minor repairs. Waterpump replaced 2 times, alternator, tranny rebuilt/replaced 188,000 miles, upper intake manifold cleaning and gaskets replaced, lots more stuff done, but the list is too long.

4) Very well maintained.

Anyone else drive there call with all the miles on it? Or are they all from someone else?

Maintained with regular coolant changes, Mobil 1 oil changes, trans fluid change, brakes, blah blah blah..

1) 1998 Ford Contour GL Sport / V6 5 speed (purchased January 2002 with 166,000km / 104,000 miles)

2) 246,000km / 153750 miles

3) No major repairs done.

4) Regular maintenance performed on my vehicle...such as oil changes, tires, alignments, brakes. Last April I performed a full tune up on the car. Add to that fall undercoating and a spring interior detail every year. All that = a car that still looks and runs great. Like LAURAQ said...300,000km here we go!
