Someone post the full headers to the message, or send em to me in a private message... Not just the From and To part, but all of the stuff that is usually hidden that shows the path of the message.

That's exactly right. Sounds to me like he is using a spam bot, which does several things:
(1) Scans classified ads and pulls out the keyword/item name and seller e-mail address (2) Inserts those values into a generic e-mail script which automatically spawns an e-mail to the seller (3) Any replies to his e-mail address are analyzed by the e-mail script and an appropriate e-mail response is sent back automatically
So you are correct, he most likely reads very few of these since his spam bot and e-mail script do all the work. Losers like this, while seemingly retarded (based on his e-mail grammar) do know the fine art of IP cloaking, making it extremely hard to track them down, unless you are the FBI of course and have a valid reason to put the effort into it.
Many people out there use the same spam bots/e-mail scripts as this joker, which is why other CEGers get similar e-mails but from different people. The least these guys could do is perform a spell/grammar check on those generic e-mails, they are painful to read!
