Not that my exhaust is staying this way, nor the back seat deal, but it's true about not being able to talk to passenger (that are in the back seat area, because I gotta get other front seat in), but then I just let off the gas and then I can talk. But it is fun to have it loud, never is it really annoying, but I want to change it because I want dual pipes and a better tone, but maybe I'll get a header (holla at me hector).
