Well a vid of my exhaust should be up in a week....my exhaust is way loud....most of the time it will echo.

I like going under an overpass at WOT or after a let off the throttle. It echos real loud,, now if I had a header, I mite go deaf.

My car echos.....EVERYWHERE. I scare little kids walking down the street, dogs trying to do their business, and little old ladies doing yardwork.

whats the point in having such a loud exhaust?
i would think it would get horribly annoying.
also, i like to be able to have conversations with my passengers, and be able to talk on my cell phone (ya i know im gonna get flamed for the cell phone)

Not that my exhaust is staying this way, nor the back seat deal, but it's true about not being able to talk to passenger (that are in the back seat area, because I gotta get other front seat in), but then I just let off the gas and then I can talk. But it is fun to have it loud, never is it really annoying, but I want to change it because I want dual pipes and a better tone, but maybe I'll get a header (holla at me hector).

when i had the y-pipe off, i took it for a spin around the block.
at idle its loud, but a nice sound, anything above idle (didnt have it psat 3K) was horrendously loud, rattled the interior, and gave me a amssive headache.
i would hope yours isnt that loud

No way mine could be as loud, maybe hector's is. Mine sometimes rattles (but it means I just need to let off gas or push it harder ), though it does sound like a truck or quiet v8 at idle. It'll change early next year though. I don't think it would be quite as bad if the pipe wasn't as loose as it is and if I had my back seat in.

Actually Hectors exhaust is very loud outside the car, but it isn's as bad as you would expect inside the car.
