So, if I understand your post correctly, your loosing lots of fluid, and you can't figure out why. Clearly it's either leaking internal into the crank, exhaust, or is an external leak. The trick is finding it.
I believe you can get your oil analyzed, but I have no details on this. Typically coolant leaking into the crank case will show up as a white goo on the filler cap and/or stick.
As you look for external leaks, check for a yellow/greenish color on surrounding components. This is the stain left for dried coolant.
To check the head gasket, I would suggest doing a compression test.
