Sujeet, have you done any prelimary investigation on this? If it is like any other franchise, new locations are generally offered to current owners before a new owner is ever even considered. A few years back, my inlaws were interested in getting a fast food franchise (taco bell was their number 1 choice) but upon talking the with Taco Bell and a lawyer, they found the franchise would have to be passed on by close to 20 owners before they would be considered. Most of the time, not more than 2 owners would ever pass on the prospect.

As far as Quiznos goes, the smamiches are amazing, but a bit pricey.

BTW, the number one franchise to get into right now, I think is "curves for women" which requires very little capital to get into (just a storefront and a miniscule amount of exercise equipment), but has the same caveats as other franchises.
