It is funny you mention this, a co-worker and I were investigating this exact franchise, also in south jersey, a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, it looks like the market is saturating with Quizno's very quickly, it jumped from 1500 to 2000 franchises in 1 year! And South Jersey is running out of space for them. There is already a few in your area, Voorhees, Marlton, Berlin, etc. Maybe Atlantic City?
