This is what I gathered from searching
A) Use a cheep one
B) No oven, or you're taking a chance
C)No solder
D)Dremel 4mm of the black plastic rear cover, all the way around cause it's like this

Hence, by taking the top black cover off, it's easier to pry out from seal. But, I don't have a dremel, and didn't want to go borrow one, so I just pryed
E) I pryed by using hair dryer for almost 30 sec and wedging a screwdriver in there and getting it behind the clear lens, which pulls it out. Now I did make a mess somewhat of the top because the screwdriver bent the black plastic back, but that's not visible and can be pushed down or dremeled later.
F) Use 2 screwdrivers, and work your way around it, and using the heat to soften the sealant. I started from the top and went around the convex end and finished at the narrow end.
Now I am only hoping this works for you, the sealant could be harder for you, the lens might crack when prying, so I hope my other one works this well. Considering CHris Hightower spent 18 hours to do his first one and I spent 2 hours.
G)Cut away with exacto knife at any spot you see and can reach sealant. Probably the top only, and also at the sealant covering the 6? tabs around the unit.
H)Take out the screws holding it too hehe
I)Take time.
