Bone stock 01 Taurus 3L engine with SVT cams did what...
Oh yeah... 240-245HP and 205-210TQ at the crank.

There's a no brainer IMO...
I was serious when I said I anxiously await a dyno from a straight LS 3L swap. I'd like someone to show me what all this time & money did for them??? Being unique is very cool, but dropping loads of cash and time for no appreciable gains verses other options is definitely not!
My biggest kick on this is some folks (many not here anymore) stating the LS swap will produce so much more power and the valvetrain is so superior because our standard Duratec valvetrain can't take high rpm.
Funny how the ~8000rpm M3 and ~9000rpm S2000 use the same valvetrain design as our standard Duratec. Hmmm...
