I don't see the turbo supporting 18psi on an 3035cc engine very well. (estimated 43 lb/min)
It is a T4 60-1 trim with a T3 .63AR exhaust right???
Even a straight T4 60-1 would be starting to push hot air.
I think a 50-1 or maybe even a 54-1 would be a better suited T4 trim when basing the compressor map against projected boost on said engine.
Of those two the 50-1 has a better map for higher boost.
The project itself looks outstanding. Can't wait for the results...

If I were to build a turbo 3L project it would be in the 9.5 CR range and run a 54-1 at 10-12psi.
Either way I'm highly jealous of yours...
