What size turbo is it though. I am hoping it is the 63AR exhaust side. Otherwise he will be maxing out those injectors anything over 15psi, unless ford V6's are very different than my little 4 banger. I can't wait to see the numbers of this beast. THis is the most in depth projecto i have seen so far on a tour.

But I like it! I'm very interested in the specs on your turbo, the intercooler core dimensions and of course the first dyno sheets.
I want to compare the differences in having higher compression ratio and lower boost numbers to higher boost with lower compression ratio.

Well, looks like the pics are down for some reason, I think fordcontour.org is down since thats where im hosting the pics...GRRRR!
Im guessing this wont be near completion until about December. As for what numbers I expect to put down, im not sure. I certainly think 450 crank hp is certainly acceivable on 18 psi.
As for tuning, I might make a road trip out to Arizona and have Street Flight tune it for me.
It is a 63 exhaust trim, and at 380 fwhp, 42lb injectors would be at an 80% duty cycle.
Roger, yes im still thinking about changing the color of my car. Right now, im leaning towards the Velocity Red Mica they are using on the RX-8. But it wont be until next year until i get it repainted, and who knows, maybe ill find another color i like better by then.
Tom, I believe im using the same size intercooler core as you. The spearco part # is 2-200 and measures 6" long x 4" wide x 3.75" tall. I still havent received it yet though. Im still have to get the turbo in the car so I can give Street Flight the dimensions of how the turbo sits, so they can weld it up properly.
Ill be sure to keep you guys updated.
