Personally I'm dissatisfied with 100% of Vortech's POS kit myself and I don't even own one. 
Surely I would have thought you would have been even more dissatisfied, like 110% atleast.....lol
If my SC 3L gets finished (it will, just taken some time to do) it will have the smallest pulley on it and that should create boost around 2500-2700rpm, I did the math a long time ago, so my memory may deceive me a little. Since I am using a straight 3L (no SVT cams) low end should be pretty nice and I wont need to go above 6500rpm to make full boost too
