I installed 6x9 Kappas successfully in the front doors, and made sure to use Dynamat on inside metal door shell. The sound is perfectly clean UNTIL i put the plastic inner shell back on the door. It rattles and vibrates badly, particularly around the speaker grill portion of the cover.

Any advice on how to fix?

Ok I had bad vibrations in my car. I wasn't getting it from the door but it sound like it. If you pull off the triangular plastic piece that is by the side view mirrors on the inside of the car there is a connector. This connector was rattling really bad in my car all I did was tightened it and I fixed my rattle?

another thing you may want to consider trying is to get some insulation or something similar to stuff the area between the inner door skin and the door panel. It may help the situation.
