I have a few traffic points and ticket questions.

I got a speeding ticket in california about a month ago and I was wondering if the driving points count against me in oregon since I got the ticket in cali. I also have a one year old speeding ticket from oregon. Two days ago I got a careless driving ticket worth two points on my record. If you add all these up its a total of 4 points against me. Will my license get suspended? Can anyone please give me some info.
