Are they the same remotes you had before? If it does appear to be the same style remotes as you had before and still doesn't work; try having the dealer trade you another set of remotes to test. If the car itself is properly engaging into programming mode but not picking up the signal from the remote then maybe there's an issue with the antenna on keyless entry module. I dunno
