Oil:
I started with a Purolator standard filter and after the 3xxx mile analysis, with the note about the insolubles being up, I swapped out the filter (can do it from the top of the engine) with a Purolator PureONE.

Here are the results with IIRC 3161 miles on that same oil. You can see the results in the analysis posted above, but you cannot see the comments from the lab.

Air:
I think it is an STP or similar. I bought it at AutoZone. May go look at the genuine Toyota filter to see if it is a better quality unit.

I'll probably pull the filter housing and clean it up good as well.
