I think it looks alright from the outside, kinda reminds me of that RX-7 concept. But that engine bay needs a wee bit o' cleanin'.

Mullens website says using the 3.5L olds and 270HP option gets you 0-60 in 4.2 and top speed over 170mph.

It's a little on the stubby side, but I think it's alright. Give it a hardtop and lose the wing, top speed would be up to 145 easy.  Pretty cool idea, though.
