Actually, no. But I wasn't accurate in my earlier post either! 
Here is the formula:
(MPH * 5280 / 60 * 12)
-----------------------
(Tire Diameter * 3.14) * Final Drive Ratio * Gear Ratio)
so...
140*5280 / 60*12 = 151008
-----------------------
(24.3*3.14)*4.06*.77 = 238.66
or 6,054 rpm
