it would work, but I dont see it working very well. Chances are, you havent maxed out the flowing capacities of your stock MAF. You would also need a custom tuned chip to support it as well.
Im using a 80mm 2002 Mustang maf but thats only because Im running a 3.0L and Street Flight turbo kit.
