Theres a reason though Ford sells trucks here and cars there. Americans no longer buy cars. Ford's #1 seller for a while I think has been there truck line. Besides would you want to be on American roads with American drivers in their trucks while you drive a Ka around? I sure as heck wouldn't, scares me just to think about.
You're right though, Europe gets all the fun toys.
