Most people do have plates on when dragging, if not then they're really big idiots, they're idiots anyways though... Some retard was layin frame in front of the old local hangout (everyone gets kicked outta these parking lots after only a couple months cuz of jerks like this guy) and he caught something in the road and did a 360 into on-coming lanes.
