Changing water pump and timing belt at 140,000 mi. Developed a rattle and found this loose at the AC compressor. Should this piece have some type of fasteners on the 3 lugs that pass thru what I'm assuming to be the compressors clutch?
The rattle is a metal to metal clanging.
