OH OH OH...I see...actually the PXA-H600 is just the signal processor!! Unfortunately I don't have a camera so I can't show you what I mean. The 7949 is the HU with the copper plated chassis. I got a great deal on the processor too.
BTW I still stand by my belief that you should replace the speakers first and replace the HU later. Considering the financial situation and all. Later, Toadster
