Here's the deal guys. Tim is buying parts from me. I don't know what the current best internet price is on every part for every car that people buy from me is, hence the issues with the Centerforce and now the Koni pricing.
I buy the parts from a wholesaler (that isn't shox.com) who sets their prices with a rather arbitrary process, they take jobber pricing and pull a percentage off based on how they feel at the moment and how long parts have been sitting in their warehouse.
Tim came to me with a request for parts pricing, as usual, the initial pricing I receive might be good for a brick and mortar store, but not even close to the wholesaler plus 10% and ebay pricing. I go back and beat up my wholesaler until they relent and come up with a decent price, sometimes this takes a couple iterations, but it usually works out.
Tim isn't setting the prices, I am, and since Internet based sales only improve my quantities with the wholesalers I will occasionally forget about the pain of dealing with Group Buys and relent to someone like Tim who stops by the store asking about getting a deal for his club.
With his $136 plus shipping offer, he's selling the koni's for $.63 less than I'm buying them for, and my wholesaler isn't willing to move any further on pricing until the quantity goes up. Shox.com is a great place to buy them, one of the great things about America is the open economy that allows high volume places to sell at lower prices for a profit. I'm not there yet, this is the best I can do for the club. Accept my apologies, eventually Tim will find a part that I can get pricing on that will blow everyone else out of the water.
I do have an awesome deal on LED washer nozzles in many colors

Have fun, enjoy the cars,
