Crank, cams, intakes, TB, injectors, MAF, exhaust...
To my knowledge, gleaned from this board, there's no difference in the block/pistons/rods/crank/etc., -- everything below the head gasket is the same between the SVT and the "stock" 2.5 Duratec AFAIK. These motors aren't like the hand-picked and hand-built Cobra motors, just different spec parts in certain areas, shouldn't be too hard to confirm most of it.
