so do you guys want to have a meet/drive or what??? no one has shown much interest yet, and i want to have a meet. im tired of not knowing anyone on these boards. any ideas? im down for dinner somwhere, a drive, drag night, working on cars (i STILL need to install my DMD dang it), ANYTHING! i gave you guys plenty of time to plan an arrival party (since you now have me, i WAS on the southeast forum), and that never happened. i am beginning to give up. ok, so im not that serious, but i would like to do some kind of meet. any ideas/ suggestions? i thought of bandemere, but a more popular idea has been a drive up second creek road. i have no idea what this is but everyone seems to be enthusiastic about this road so it seems fun. a dinner get together also sounds good. LETS JUST DO SOMETHING! i need to wash my car. . . . . . .

I need to wash my car, too. I had a bunch of ants (100s of them!) crawling on my car the other day...they were eating the bugs off my front bumper... That's gross, btw. Second Creek is a track out by the airport (about 5 minutes north on Tower road). Although I've never driven it, it's very fun. We've seen some awesome cars and bikes out there, too. I think contiques like road courses more than drag strips. That said, I don't have any plans to come up to CO until Dec. My old roommate will be graduating. I hope to see some of you folks in Dec. Until then, take lots of pictures at your meets.

Derek I love my imfamous words in your signature, how bout the one about the locksmith that was so greasy he could have gone down a slip and slid without any water? But Kingpin, there aren't too many CO people left, some of them such as fast80svt are coaching now, so he doesn't have much time, I'm now in NM for college, Chad, Alex, and Brad no longer post on here, and some of the other people have just up and vanished. Like Derek I too will be up in CO over x-mas break. So maybe something could happen then.

I'm here, Ive seen a couple of SVT's around here. 2 of which are on my campus. A t-red one and a silver one. Along with my green one. If I can meet these people that would be 3 SVT's coming from C springs.

Idea for a meet: Every Wednsday from 6:00 to 10:00p.m. There is a wonderful car show that I go to at Hamburger Stand.(Aurora) There are usually about 100 or so cars there. (Anything from Model-T's to vipers, and some imports too) Maybe we could Reprazent the Contique love if you know what I mean! Just a thought, PM me if you want more info.

I got a good laugh out of that PM when I read it. I just had to put it in my sig for a while. The slip and slide comment was good, but I want to forget the "locksmith" asap.
