**By the way, I believe subjects like this are to be left alone or at least not attempted to be explained. Our brains do not have the capacity or ability to comprehend such things. We cannot possibly understand what a Life of Eternity or a Life of Tortue and Pain could be like. I believe that this is the way God wants it, which leaves it down to faith, which is what he wants us to have to believe in Himself, Heaven, and the Gospel. Just my $.02

Bishop you share my exact view and problem at this current moment. Ever since beginning my lit. class i have been having sleepless nights and continuous thoughts of why we are here, what happens when we die, is it jsut unconciousness?, to me dying is a scary thought because if there is nothing after this world i will lose the love of my life when i die and my love for life and everything beautiful in nature, just a creepy time in my mind for the current moment, trying to find faith or an explanation for life after death.

Same here. I have the exact same thoughts and wonders about the afterlife, The Second Coming (Armegeddon, etc), God, Hell, Heaven, Angels, who created who and what, etc etc. I felt that I should not have gone into my thoughts in that much detail earlier, but you think like I do on the matter. If this thread lasts long, enough, I will continue to reveal my thoughts on other things. Being raised in a church, I do believe in God somewhat, but I feel like there is more, or something else to explain why I, or we, are here, where we came from etc. There's the Atheist outlook, Scientific outlook, Christian outlook, etc. I just don't fall into any. I have this weird outlook on everything. I guess you could say I am independent on the matter and I take from all aspects what I feel is right and go with that. Blah, let me stop before I begin preaching up in here.
