On my SVT there is a gromet on the drivers side, its round and sorta near the top of the firewall right in front of the steering wheel, if you poke through that you gotta go through another part of the firewall then you have to poke through some insulation into the floor, youll come out above the pedals, stick a thick hanger through there then look under for your hanger. I managed to fish 2 gauge wire through there perfectly.
