Greg, the guy from Houston or around that area. CBSVT99 or something like that? I just remember it was mid (260-270 +/-) I think we are talking about the same guy.

the only dyno I remember seeing was a venom kit with approx. 270hp, and that was a 2.5L

I don't recall that???

Best dyno I saw was Norman's where he was spiking past the limit of the stock 19lb injectors.

He was in the 250-260 HP/TQ range, but fried "at least" all his plugs doing it. (Venom kit CAN NOT surpass the injectors limitations!)

A more realistic one was Robbie's around 235-240 HP/TQ but nice smooth power curves. ~235-240FWHP is the max for 19lb injectors and stock WOT fuel pressure (~50-55psi)

If you have 17lb injectors you won't even get near 200FWHP with a venom kit. Remember it's the injectors that are the power limiters. No band aid fixes here. (FMU, FPR, etc)

Greg? CB was Charles and he didn't have nitrous and also sold his SVT a while back, for those that didn't know. I don't know a Greg from this area, though.

I think he was referring to Demon. Like as in, "Hey Greg...The guy's name was CB blah, blah..."

Not, "Greg, the guy that has blah, blah..."

You just have to pay more attention to internet nuance

Regardless. Whether he was talking to or about Greg or CB, neither of them has nitrous and/or live in Houston .

Venom - In dyno pic #1 you've got the juice coming in at 4K. In dyno pic #2 you've got the juice coming in at 4.25K. Any particular reason you chose to do this? And what does "low shot" mean? What % were you running?
BTW, I like 210 and 190.

I would move the starting point around to get best results. For some reason it would run better by coming in just a little later. I would change the settings all the time. I would even pull over on the side of the road and change shot size with my laptop. I believe in the second picture, it was at 20%. So it was fairly low in percentage.

That's exactly why I will be running a VCN-2000 kit with my car!
