to gap the plugs you need a spark plug gapper....it's like .50 cents at the parts store, but that is probably not your entire problem. Try making sure the wires and plugs are in the exact right order. If not, this will cause your car to run like schmutz. Also try resetting the PCM. Just a few suggestions.
