I'd avoid Gainesville Ford at all costs. My tour was sitting there for 2 weeks waiting for the dash to be replaced. When I went to pick it up, there were 50 extra miles on the odometer and the car was filthy both inside and out. Not to mention the dash hadn't even been replaced. They said they got the wrong color it it would be another month or so. 
I took it down to Ford of Ocala the next week and had the dash replaced in one day. They also washed the exterior and cleaned out the interior. Hoo Woo, service!  Ocala is about 30 minutes from G'ville but it's worth it, not to mention it's a nice drive with few cops. 
I've taken my wife's car to Sante Fe Ford in Alachua for a few things and they've been pretty good.
The only other SVT I know of in town is a silver '98 but the guy isn't on here. I haven't seen the car in a while so I don't even know if he's still around.
EDIT: WHAT! I just noticed I'm a newbie again.  I guess I really haven't been on here in a while.
