There are 4 banks to the EEC V. 0 1 8 9. 99% of all information that you will need to tune the EEC V is in bank 1. The reason the 4 bank is used is that some vehicles, like 99 Lightnings for example, have the pats in bank 8 but the important data in 1. The truck won't start unless you burn a 4 bank. The EEC IV has everything you would like to tune in bank 8.
