I watch a lot of news analyst like Bill O'Reilly, Hannity and Holmes, some CNN. And it seems to me that eveytime a liberal is brought on to discuss an issue they always twist the issue completely around to make it seem Bush, and/or the conservatives are the bad guys.

Here's a perfect example:

Arnold Swarzenegger or however you spell it, said that the only time he would raise taxes in California if he is governor, is if they were hit by terrorist, or a large earthquake, something catastrophic, in order to fix the roads and buildings that were damaged.

Holmes' liberal ass says, "He's not gonna raise taxes to fix the roads!"

And I'm thinkin to myself: "Holmes is an f'in moron, he didn't say he was gonna raise taxes to fix the roads, he said he was gonna raise taxes to fix the roads if a catastrophe hit and they had to be fixed in order for Californians to function properly."

Such a typical liberal twist that they apply to every moderate point of view.

JayBo has hit the nail on the head when it comes to distinguishing liberal vs. conservative (actually, Dem vs. Rep is more appropriate). All the Democrats ever do is try to demean the Republicans, without proposing their ideas. For example, all we hear is all the mistakes Pres. Bush has made in Iraq, etc. But you will NEVER EVER hear them propose what they think you be done. They rely simply on demonizing Republicans.

And even though Colmes is a dumbass for the most part, he is one of the most honest and reasonable liberals there are.

Has anyone heard a real reason to vote for the Democrats, I mean really listen the next time you hear them talking and you'll not hear ONE REASON to vote for them. The thing that you WILL HEAR is why Bush is bad, i.e. the tax rebate/cut should be repealed...think about it, they want to take YOUR money back that Bush has given back to you, how do you like that

Started out naive (stupid) & fairly liberal. The more I learn, the more conservative I become. But each candidate like each issue must be looked at in as fair & unbiased a way as possible..

I grew up in southern California, where I graduated from the California public school system. Talk about liberal bull, I was able to see all the failures of the warped liberal mindset first hand, they were teaching me. I attribute that experience to my conservative republican mindset.

i was watching 'meet the press' this morning and Dick Gephardt (D-MO, Presidential candidate for 2004) was on. he had a lot of good ideas that made me want to vote for him...but his ATTITUDE SUCKED! he was all "the fact that the nations budget deficit is $600 billion dollars is all the fault of President Bush. [ ]at the end of the clinton Admin., the budget was balanced and then the republicans came in and screwed it up." (not a direct quote, but similar to what he said). now i personally believe that President Bush has been doing the best job he can do, under the circumstances. I shudder to think what would have happened after 9/11 if Gore had won the election (or any other democrat for that matter).

yes i had a real reason. The man in my previous post (above) had some really good ideas about how to improve Medicare and Social Security (so there will be some left for my generation ) but after his attitude this morning, im thinking against it.
