Once again you've out-winded me.
I'll just say that you guys keep counting the 12 years since the Gulf war. I agree all that time was sunk and not much was done. I keep saying that the past 2 years are the only ones where anyone started paying attention and progress was being made in disarming and inspecting Iraq. You can't ignore the F-A-C-T that the inspectors didn't get a chance to complete the job we asked them to do.
I'll end with this as these debates always never come to anything but agreeing to disagree.

jk. not really. but whoever was in office during this time would be taking the same amount of criticism or more. except slick willy, he'd probably be impeached even if he did the exact same things as Bush.
