I'm with jato, i wont blame the economic problems on Clinton either, that being said, these things dont happen over night either (with the exception of the blow to an already ailing economy that was 9/11)

Congo and centeral Africa, massive Genocide.. but it must be the darkies problem! -no intervention
Somolia, Marines go in, fix the problem, replaced by lighter army force, somewhere on the order of 20 die in a massive firefight one day, clinton runs away... Dont take me for some war-monger here but God forbade we make those deaths mean anything... when we ran away we pissed those soldiers lives down the drain, they died for nothing.
