I am in the market for rims, and have been for awhile, but can't find what I'm looking for...I've searched every wheelsite I can find, and the archives, and still nothing. I am looking for a rim that looks similar the the Y2K Cobra R rim...Not a replica, they won't fit...Just something that looks kinda similar, in 18's. Can anyone help me?? I'd reeeeeeallllly appreciate it. Thanks.

closest thing i think is the fsvt rim but thats in 17", so that wouldnt help , you may be able to fuind a website that will drill your pattern. check stang mags and find thier rim dealers and send them a email.

The FSVT rims just look like a regular cobra,not cobra R. Also,it wouldn't matter if they would drill my pattern, because I want 18's, and 18" stang rims are like 18X9 or 18X9.5....Not gonna happen. That's why I was just wondering if anyone knew of a rim that just resembled the R, not the actual rim.

The closest you will get are Superior Scoundrel's in 17". I have a set but they are no longer made. Bnoon has a set on his car, I think he sold it though.

What regular cobra wheels are you talking about? 98? The 98s are more like the Contour's. Definitly not the 99-01 cobras. Nor the 2003 Cobra.

the only real difference i see it that the fsvt rim has a different offset and makes it look like the center sticks out a lil more unlike the cobras which look like there(the center) almost flush w/the rim.

What shape are they in and are they the eight or four lug nut style?

Just make sure you're careful with those wheels when taking them to be shipped.
