Called back and asked exactly what they were doing. They replaced only the bearing but the $358 included the price of doing a 4 wheel alignment.
Is a wheel alignment required when doing a bearing replacement?
Called the L-M dealer. Bearing costs $48.97, $150 for labor. Will call the service station and complain. Thanks everyone for your help.
The service manager explained that he had to press the hub to get the bearing out and press it back in, so additional labor charges. I'm not too happy about this, but oh well. Might as well just take it to a dealer next time.
