Yeah your 60' is crappy, but so is your trap. Something is up unless you are making 3/4 throttle runs. I ran a 14.0 in my 2.5L S/C setup and was only making 8# of boost. I don't know if that was directed at me or not but since then something was up and it was the fuel delivery system. 2 melted pistons.
