, but I would read your post prior to posting it to ensure major grammar and spelling mistakes are corrected. I had to read many sentences over to understand what you wrote.
Regarding your posted question. Having had similar experiences with a girlfriends car, a siblings car and at times my car, the best you can do is to negotiate having the work done properly (which may cost you even more) or paying someone else to do it for you. Unfortunately not too many lawyers will jump on your side since it would be a very aggravating fight for little reward. Again, I suggest you as pleasantly as possible negotiate with the dealer.
