Are you thinking of a pair of 10s mounted in "free air" style to a tuned box with the passive radiator firing into the cab (with the box mounted like I described???????
I would go with the passive radiator because you tune them by adding mass to get to the desired freq. If you were to use a port to tune it, it would be close to a meter long and wouldn't work in this box.
See the picture above and if you can't figure out the alignment i'll try to explain how it works.
It should give you a freq response of 30-113 hz +/- 3dB and reach 112 dB before cabin gain. With the cabin gain mid to hi 120s should be well within reach. That is assuming you have 250 watts on tap.
