well on the two of the V6 COntours we have they normally hit 300 miles to the tank when on empty, give or take. I have gotten better and worse with each. That was mostly mixed driving on one and mostly back road on the other.
Now the other V6 Contour has only been getting around 250 or so per tank, which is bad compaired to the other to. Well low and behold one of the O2 sensor was shot and it just threw a code for it. Also one of the car monitor wires rubbed threw. So I would expect that milege per tank to be much higher.
Now for my Zetec 300 is a minimum when looking at mostly city driving. More highway travel i make with it the closer to 400 miles per tank. I have been averaging around 350 miles per tank when treveling to and from school with a little local driving
