Well hey again, not that the hesitation was bad enough. But my check engine light came on so I decided to roll to AutoZone to get the codes pulled. Right before I got there my car decided to do somthing weird on me. I was going about 30mph and when I would step on the gas the engine would rev a little but I couldnt go faster then 30, so I turned into AutoZone whom by the way was closed. Poped the hood and the engine seemed to be moving around more then usual, almost like a motor mount or something broke. SO I started back home and I was pumping the gas to get the RPMs up and so I could only go about 40 with the gas pushed to the floor. Finally it would kick in and take off, but there would be a crack or click or something when it did. Not sure but it almost seems like the car didnt want to shift. Thanks

soudns like the tranny or a motor mount to me. Sorry man but that can cause your rough idle too. Maybe time for a new car or some major money.

A motor mount wouldnt cause my engine to not run higher then 3000 RPM at about 40? Would it, I fear the worst!

Alright so I took it out last night and drove it for about 10 minutes before the problem started again. Then I just took it out this morning for about 10 or 15 minutes, untill the engine was warmed up to about middle of normal. Then I stoped and it started to chug, then it died. The I started the car and pushed the gas, I could get it to go about 30 with the gas to the floor, aboout 3500 RPM. Then it would shake and rev a little and then I got it to about 40, at the stop the car died. Turned it back on and still the same thing, put the car into park in my driveway and it idels about 500 RPM but doesnt really chug. Put it into drive, neutral, it will chug. So basically now once the car warms up for about 10 minutes the car starts to act up. IS THIS MY TRANNY???????????????

Does not sound like a mount or trans problem to me. Get all codes from PCM and post.

How many miles on vehicle?
When were plugs/wires last changed?
Ever clean MAF/IAC?
When was fuel filter changed last?
