yeah, you won't get it replaced. trust me, you won't. the best thing you can do is try to have the ball welded back on at a local machine shop or if you know how to do it yourself.

mine broke and i called/emailed OBX a dozen times until they told me to deal with the people i bought it from and they would replace it. then those people told me OBX would have to deal with it. so i called OBX in Cali back and was told that "it was my fault for being a dumbass and buying stuff off the internet" right before they hung up the phone. God help them if i ever make my way to SoCal
