I just replaced my stock wires today with the FMS wires and they definatley made a difference. I cant say I felt any increase in performance, but it feels much smoother now. My car only has 36k miles and the stock wires appeared to be in good shape, no corosion etc. although they did feel brittle and unflexable. The previous owner gave me the wires when I bought the car so for shits and giggles I decided to install them.
As expected they did not fit very well in the looms. I squeezed them in the curved ones at the corners with some bulging and zip tied the center one together. It looks very professional, most people would never notice.
