I have a CD with test tones, sine waves track 1-50 = 1-50Hz, then up the scale to 99 = 20kHz.

Music CDs? U2 Joshua Tree covers quite a range, and vocals. Matchbox 20 CD's have some good tunes, most unreleased. And Tom Petty's Learning to Fly is a complicated piece that sounds good on my system.
